Salvation

Dear God,

You send myself to this planet ..without any rehearsal ! Without my knowledge and consent... I was thrown into the oblivion of experiencing life from day one when I left my mother's womb down to this crazy world...From that day onwards I have been in search for peace ..for the caring resort of my mother's womb ...but that never seemed to come.... I faced pain.. pain of the mind and body..You gave me my friend P for seven years..since then P has been there always there with me...I am now beginning to realize that the peace, the God I was searching for lies withing us. We are the God ...as every human being is ..then God , the almighty lies within us. We ought to discover the same from within us... It's an inward journey..it's a journey towards salvation ...salvation from all mental and physical suffering ... God help me to find you !!!

Help Me God, I am helpless !

We have been hearing the saying that "God helps those who helps themselves"... Is this true ? I have been fighting with Psoriasis for the last 7 years.These 7 years have been a test of my patience, my despair, my desparation, the medecine courses, the helplessness, my willingness to fight back, the joga classes, the meditation courses .... lots of experiments to win over Psoriasis. After all these years I am learning the accept Psoriasis as my friend, as someone who has always shown me the mirror. The mirror says that I was full of negative emotions, anxiety, stress, hatred towards the world and the people around me. To put things in perspective, I am learning to accept that God has given me Psoriasis to get around the negative emotions which I have and GOD WOULD TAKE IT AWAY once I get around my negative emotions and ego ! To do that I must surrender in front of the divine grace, in front of the almighty. I must surrender....I must...and so as my mediation teacher has taught, the below line should be my Vedvani ..my learning from Psoriasis...

A thing of beauty is joy forever !

Dear all, I wonder how true John Keats was when he expressed the above line.We run after mundane and materialistic pleasure all throughout our life.We create goals, run behind them, oblivious of the fact that we miss out "happiness" all thoughout the path, we wait till he goals are reached to be happy, only to learn that we have created another goal during this journey. How tragic ? !! . Dear friends, please accept the realities of your life as it is in the present day, be aware of the fact that you have Psoriasis, then life would be easier for you. There are so many beautiful things happening around us, let's start experiencing them all, moment by moment, day be day .... Welcome life with open hands and embarce life with a smile !!

Oh God , Please give us the courage ..
